Les origines scandinaves de DARE remontent à 2001, lorsque Patricia O a créé son agence de conseil en leadership et en évaluation de talents, à Copenhague.
Actuellement basé en Belgique, DARE accompagne des clients de premier plan dans divers secteurs.
Patricia, véritable nomade professionnelle, maîtrise couramment l'anglais, le néerlandais, le français et le danois, et exerce tant au niveau local, qu'européen et mondial.
Titulaire d'une double maîtrise en psychologie et en architecture, elle possède plus de 30 ans d'expérience en conseil et en gestion.
En tant qu'experte du comportement, Patricia a dédié sa carrière au leadership, qu'elle considère comme l'art le plus complexe, le plus exigeant, mais aussi le plus gratifiant.
Elle estime qu'un leadership cohérent et compétent, porté par une vision inspirante, le courage, l'empathie et l'ambition de créer de la valeur ajoutée, est le moteur de toute entreprise durable."
